You can send us with the new design drawing; or sending us with your ideas, and our R&D team will make your ideas become visible drawing.

STEP2

Discussion of drawing details

Discussion under professional engineer’s instruction, including shape, size, structure. Moreover, logo and even packing can also be customized.

STEP3

Drawing confirmed

After you confirm about the drawing, we will provide the mold cost for the design; after everything confirmed, please sign on the drawing and send back to us.

STEP4

Building the mold

We will send you PI after drawing and mold cost confirmed. And then, after payment we will start production of the new mold. Normally a mold for bathtub will take 30 days, and a mold for basin will take 25 days.

STEP5

Production of New design

After mold finish, we start production of the products. Normally it will take 25 days for 20FT, and 35 days for 40HQ.

STEP6

Product inspection

Our QCs follow strict product inspection procedures. Besides, welcome for your visiting and quality checking on the products. Inspection from a third party is also ok.

STEP7

Packing and Shipping

Bathtub packing: strong plywood pallet on the bottom, plywood crate on top of bathtub. (no need for fumigating) Basin packing: plastic bag + foam board + honeycomb paperboard + carton. Shipping: normally 1*20FT can load 18 bathtubs; 1*40HQ can load 39 bathtubs. There’s still space in the container to load certain quantity of basins.
